So, each year Downtown Fort Worth hosts a Parade of Lights. My mom always has tickets, and this year we decided to go. Wow, it was a blast!
It completely put my heart in Holiday mode, singing, shouting Merry Christmas as the floats pass by, hearing the the little child behind me say "Santa's coming", well over 500 times hardly even put a dent in my night. (wink face).
The cold was blistering, well, Texas blistering. None the less, having my family there to bundle up with and enjoy the wonderful time was awesome.
Anyways, this was a great tradition to start for my small family, I love traditions and this year we, I have been working hard to really kick our family holiday time into high gear.
